What we store
Your email address, an optional display name, avatar link, and phone number. Profile records are readable and editable only by you.
Why we store it
To authenticate you, personalise the app, and let teammates see who is handling a conversation. We do not sell personal data.
Your controls
You can update your display name and phone number, sign out on any device, or delete your profile data from the Profile screen.
